s 95 Penalty to be sued for within six months

No person shall be liable to any fine or forfeiture under this Act or under any by-law made thereunder for any offence made cognizable before a Magistrate’s Court unless the complaint respecting such offence has been made before the Court within six months next after the commission of the offence.
