Federal Agricultural Marketing Authority Act 1965 s 6C

s 6C Protection of Director General, duly appointed officers, authorized officers, etc.

No action or prosecution shall be brought, instituted or maintained in any court against the Director General, any officer duly appointed under this Act, any authorized officer, or any other person acting under the order, direction or instruction of the Director General or any officer duly appointed under this Act, for or on account of or in respect of any act done or purported to be done by him, if the act was done in good faith and in the reasonable belief that it was necessary for the purpose intended to be served by it.
