s 1 Short title and commencement
This Act may be cited as the Politeknik Ungku Omar Act 1974 and shall come into force on such date as the Minister may by notification in the Gazette appoint.

Akta ini bolehlah dinamakan Akta Politeknik Ungku Omar 1974 dan hendaklah mula berkuat kuasa pada tarikh yang ditetapkan oleh Menteri melalui pemberitahuan dalam Warta.
