s 15 Establishment of Board of Studies

The Board shall establish a body to be known as the Board of Studies of the Politeknik and it shall be the duty of the Board of Studies to advise the Board on academic matters in accordance with the provisions of this Act and any regulations made thereunder.

Penubuhan Lembaga Pengajian

Lembaga hendaklah menubuhkan suatu badan yang dikenali sebagai Lembaga Pengajian Politeknik dan menjadi kewajipannya untuk menasihati Lembaga mengenai perkara akademik mengikut peruntukan Akta ini dan apa-apa peraturan yang dibuat di bawahnya.
