Bank Simpanan Nasional Act 1974 s 19

s 19 Receipt and repayment of deposits and interest payable

Moneys from depositors and other customers with the Bank shall be received and repaid on such terms and conditions as the Board may decide; provided that the interest payable shall be at such rate as approved by the Minister.

Penerimaan dan pembayaran balik deposit dan bunga yang kena dibayar

Wang daripada pendeposit dan pelanggan Bank yang lain hendaklah diterima dan dibayar balik mengikut terma dan syarat yang diputuskan oleh Lembaga; dengan syarat bahawa bunga yang kena dibayar hendaklah mengikut kadar yang diluluskan oleh Menteri.
