Bank Simpanan Nasional Act 1974 s 22
For the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Act, the Bank may, with the approval of the Minister, borrow from the Government, the Government of any State or from any bank or financial institution such sums as may be required by the Bank on such terms and subject to such conditions as may be agreed between the lender and the Bank and approved by the Minister.
Kuasa untuk meminjam
Bagi maksud menjalankan fungsinya di bawah Akta ini, Bank boleh, dengan kelulusan Menteri, meminjam daripada Kerajaan, Kerajaan manamana Negeri atau daripada mana-mana Bank atau institusi kewangan apa-apa jumlah wang yang dikehendaki oleh Bank mengikut terma dan tertakluk kepada syarat yang dipersetujui antara pihak yang memberikan pinjaman dengan Bank dan diluluskan oleh Menteri.
