The Board shall in the course of each year prepare and adopt annual estimates of income and expenditure of the Bank for the ensuing financial year.

Lembaga hendaklah dalam masa tiap-tiap satu tahun menyediakan dan memakai anggaran tahunan pendapatan dan perbelanjaan Bank untuk tahun kewangan yang berikutnya.
