s 35 Attachment of deposits
(1) Except as provided under subsection (2), no deposit in the Bank, and no interest on any such deposit, shall be attached, sequestered or levied upon for or in respect of any debt or claim whatsoever.
(2) Upon notice of a claim under a judgment of any court, it shall be lawful for the Chief Executive in his discretion to retain in the account a sum sufficient to answer the claim and to pay into the court on its order the amount of that claim or part thereof; but a court shall only make an order under this section if it is satisfied that the judgment-debtor has an account with the Bank for his own sole benefit.

Penahanan deposit
(1) Kecuali sebagaimana yang diperuntukkan di bawah subseksyen
(2), tiada sesuatu deposit dalam Bank, dan tiada sesuatu bunga atas sesuatu deposit itu, boleh ditahan, diasingkan atau dilevi untuk atau berkenaan dengan apa-apa jua hutang atau tuntutan.
(2) Atas notis mengenai sesuatu tuntutan di bawah sesuatu penghakiman mana-mana mahkamah, sah di sisi undang-undang bagi Ketua Eksekutif mengikut budi bicaranya untuk menyimpan dalam akaun suatu jumlah wang yang cukup untuk menjelaskan tuntutan itu dan untuk membayar kepada mahkamah atas perintahnya amaun tuntutan itu atau sebahagian daripadanya; tetapi sesuatu mahkamah hendaklah membuat sesuatu perintah di bawah seksyen ini hanya jika mahkamah itu berpuas hati bahawa penghutang penghakiman mempunyai suatu akaun dengan Bank semata-mata bagi faedahnya sendiri.
