Bank Simpanan Nasional Act 1974 s 37
The Public Authorities Protection Act 1948 [Act 198] shall apply to any action, suit, prosecution or proceeding against the Bank or against any member, officer, employee, agent or correspondent of the Bank, in respect of any act, neglect or default done or committed by him in such capacity.
Akta Perlindungan Pihak Berkuasa Awam
Akta Perlindungan Pihak Berkuasa Awam 1948 [Akta 198] hendaklah terpakai bagi apa-apa tindakan, guaman, pendakwaan atau prosiding terhadap Bank atau terhadap mana-mana anggota, pegawai, pekerja, ejen atau koresponden Bank, berkenaan dengan apa-apa perbuatan, kecuaian atau kemungkiran yang dibuat atau dilakukan olehnya atas sifat yang sedemikian.
