s 41 Transfer of land and property
(1) All land which immediately before the appointed date were vested in, or reserved under any written law relating to land for the purposes of the Post Office Savings Bank, and all land acquired with moneys of the Post Office Savings Bank, shall on that day vest in or be deemed to be reserved for the purposes of the Bank, as the case may be.
(2) All property and assets other than land that immediately before the appointed date were vested in or in any person on behalf of the Post Office Savings Bank shall on that date vest in the Bank.

Pindah hakmilik tanah dan harta
(1) Semua tanah yang sebaik sebelum tarikh yang ditetapkan telah diletakhakkan pada, atau dirizabkan di bawah sesuatu undang-undang bertuliskan berhubungan dengan tanah bagi maksud Bank Simpanan Pejabat Pos, dan semua tanah yang diperoleh dengan wang Bank Simpanan Pejabat
Pos, hendaklah pada hari itu diletakhakkan pada atau disifatkan sebagai dirizabkan bagi maksud Bank, mengikut mana-mana yang berkenaan.
(2) Semua harta dan aset selain tanah yang sebaik sebelum tarikh yang ditetapkan telah diletakhakkan pada Bank Simpanan Pejabat Pos atau pada seseorang bagi pihaknya hendaklah pada tarikh itu diletakhakkan pada Bank.
