s 11 Register of Veterinary Surgeons, Malaysia
(1) The Registrar shall cause to be kept in the prescribed form a register of veterinary surgeons to be known as the Register of
Veterinary Surgeons, Malaysia which shall contain such particulars as may be prescribed.
(2) The Registrar shall be responsible for the maintenance and custody of the Register in accordance with the provisions of this Act and the regulations made thereunder.
(3) The Register shall be kept in two Parts as follows:
(a) Part I which shall be in respect of persons who hold the qualifications specified in the third column of Part I of the Second Schedule granted by the institutions specified in relation to such qualifications in the second column of that Schedule; and
(b) Part II which shall be in respect of persons who hold the qualifications specified in the third column of Part II of the Second Schedule granted by the institutions specified in relation to such qualifications in the second column of that Schedule.
(4) The Register shall be deemed to be a public document within the meaning of the Evidence Act 1950 [Act 56].

Daftar Doktor Veterinar Malaysia
(1) Pendaftar hendaklah menyebabkan supaya disenggarakan dalam bentuk yang ditetapkan suatu daftar doktor veterinar bernama Daftar Doktor Veterinar, Malaysia dan Daftar itu hendaklah mengandungi butir-butir yang ditetapkan.
(2) Pendaftar hendaklah bertanggungjawab bagi penyenggaraan dan penyimpanan Daftar itu mengikut peruntukan Akta ini dan peraturan-peraturan yang dibuat di bawahnya.
(3) Daftar itu hendaklah disimpan dalam dua Bahagian seperti yang berikut:
(a) Bahagian I ialah berkenaan dengan orang yang memegang kelulusan yang dinyatakan dalam ruang ketiga dalam Bahagian I Jadual Kedua, yang diberikan oleh institusi yang dinyatakan berhubung dengan kelulusan itu dalam ruang kedua dalam Jadual itu; dan
(b) Bahagian II ialah berkenaan dengan orang yang memegang kelulusan yang dinyatakan dalam ruang ketiga dalam Bahagian II Jadual Kedua, yang diberikan oleh institusi yang dinyatakan berhubung dengan kelulusan itu dalam ruang kedua Jadual itu.
(4) Daftar itu hendaklah disifatkan sebagai suatu dokumen awam mengikut pengertian Akta Keterangan 1950 [Akta 56].
