s 8 Power of the Minister to issue directions
The Minister may, from time to time, issue general directions not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act and the Council shall give effect to such directions.

Menteri boleh, dari semasa ke semasa, mengeluarkan arahan am yang tidak berlawanan dengan peruntukan Akta ini dan Majlis hendaklah melaksanakan arahan itu.
