Ketua Pengarah dan sescorang Pegawai Perubatan Perwakilan. Kesihatan boleh mewakilkan secara bertulis mana-mana alau kesemua kuasa yang diberi atau mana-mana atau Kesemua kewajipan yang ditanggungkan ke atasnya oleh Akta ini, kecuali kuasa di bawah seksyen 25, kepada sesi1apa yang dilikirkannya patut.
