Industrial Co-ordination Act 1975 s 1

s 1 Short title, application and commencement

(1) This Act may be cited as the Industrial Co-ordination Act 1975, and shall apply throughout Malaysia. (2) This Act shall come into force on such date as the Minister may by notification in the Gazette appoint.

Tajuk ringkas, pemakaian dan permulaan kuat kuasa

(1) Akta ini bolehlah dinamakan Akta Penyelarasan Perindustrian 1975, dan hendaklah terpakai di seluruh Malaysia. (2) Akta ini hendaklah mula berkuat kuasa pada tarikh yang ditetapkan oleh Menteri melalui pemberitahuan dalam Warta.
