Industrial Co-ordination Act 1975 s 5
Every person who on the commencement of this Act is engaged in any manufacturing activity may continue to do so but shall not later than one year from the date of the commencement of this Act apply for a licence in the prescribed form to the licensing officer.
Pengilang yang sedia ada
Tiap-tiap orang yang pada permulaan kuat kuasa Akta ini melibatkan diri dalam apa-apa aktiviti pengilangan boleh terus berbuat demikian tetapi hendaklah, tidak lewat daripada satu tahun dari tarikh permulaan kuat kuasa Akta ini, memohon bagi mendapatkan suatu lesen kepada pegawai pelesenan dalam borang yang ditetapkan.
