s 7 Transfer of licence
(1) No licence shall be transferable from a manufacturer to any person without the prior approval of the licensing officer.
(2) Without prejudice to subsection (1) the licensing officer may in the event of the death, incapacity, bankruptcy, or, in the case of a company, liquidation of the holder of a licence, or where a receiver or manager is appointed in relation to the business of the holder of a licence, or where for any reason the licensing officer is satisfied it would be unjust not to do so authorize the transfer of the licence.
(3) An application for the transfer of a licence shall be made in writing to the licensing officer.

Perpindahan hak milik lesen
(1) Tiada lesen boleh dipindahkan hak miliknya daripada seorang pengilang kepada mana-mana orang lain tanpa kelulusan pegawai pelesenan terlebih dahulu.
(2) Tanpa menyentuh subseksyen (1), pegawai pelesenan boleh membenarkan sesuatu lesen dipindahkan hak miliknya sekiranya pemegang lesen itu mati, hilang upaya, bankrap, atau dalam hal suatu syarikat, pelikuidasi pemegang lesen atau sekiranya seorang penerima atau pengurus dilantik berhubung dengan perniagaan pemegang lesen itu atau jika, kerana sesuatu sebab, pegawai pelesenan berpuas hati bahawa tidak adil sekiranya dia tidak membenarkan pemegang lesen itu memindahkan hak milik lesennya.
(3) Permohonan untuk memindahkan hak milik sesuatu lesen hendaklah dibuat secara bertulis kepada pegawai pelesenan.
