s 8 Compliance with other laws
The issue of a licence shall not be deemed to relieve the manufacturer to whom a licence is issued from compliance with any other written law relating to the manufacturing activity for which the licence is issued.

Pengeluaran sesuatu lesen tidak boleh disifatkan melepaskan pengilang yang kepadanya dikeluarkan suatu lesen daripada mematuhi mana-mana undang-undang bertulis lain yang berhubungan dengan aktiviti pengilangan yang baginya lesen itu telah dikeluarkan.
