s 20 Appointment of Investigation Committee and Disciplinary Committee
At the first meeting of the Council held after the first general meeting, and after each annual general meeting of the Institute, the Council shall appoint the following Committees:
(a) an Investigation Committee comprising three members of the Council, of whom two shall form a quorum; and
(b) a Disciplinary Committee comprising five members of the Council, not being members of the Investigation Committee, of whom three shall form a quorum.

Pelantikan Jawatankuasa Penyiasatan dan Jawatankuasa Tatatertib
Pada mesyuarat pertama Majlis yang diadakan selepas mesyuarat agung pertama, dan selepas setiap mesyuarat agung tahunan Institut, Majlis hendaklah melantik Jawatankuasa yang berikut:
(a) suatu Jawatankuasa Penyiasatan terdiri daripada tiga orang anggota Majlis, dua orang daripadanya hendaklah membentuk kuorum; dan
(b) suatu Jawatankuasa Tatatertib terdiri daripada lima orang anggota Majlis, yang bukan anggota Jawatankuasa Penyiasatan, tiga orang daripadanya hendaklah membentuk kuorum.
