Chemists Act 1975 s 22
(1) Any member aggrieved by any decision of the Disciplinary Committee may, within a period of twenty-one days after the decision has been communicated to him, appeal to the High Court. (2) The procedure governing appeals under subsection (1) shall be substantially the same as for appeals to the High Court from decisions of a subordinate court in civil matters.
Rayuan terhadap keputusan Jawatankuasa Tatatertib
(1) Seseorang anggota yang terkilan dengan apa-apa keputusan Jawatankuasa Tatatertib boleh merayu kepada Mahkamah Tinggi dalam tempoh dua puluh satu hari selepas keputusan itu disampaikan kepadanya. (2) Tatacara yang menentukan rayuan di bawah subseksyen (1) hendaklah pada asasnya sama seperti rayuan kepada Mahkamah Tinggi terhadap keputusan sesuatu mahkamah rendah dalam perkara sivil.
