Chemists Act 1975 s 24
(1) Nothing in subsection 23(1) shall affect the right of any person or body corporate to take or use any name, title, addition or description that the person or body corporate is entitled to take or use under the Registration of Pharmacists Act 1951. (2) Notwithstanding the Registration of Pharmacists Act 1951, a member may take or use in connexion with the sale of goods by retail the name or title of “chemist” or its equivalent in any other language.

(1) Tiada apa-apa jua dalam subseksyen 23(1) boleh menyentuh hak seseorang atau sesuatu pertubuhan perbadanan untuk mengambil atau menggunakan apa-apa nama, gelaran, tambahan atau perihalan yang orang atau pertubuhan perbadanan itu berhak mengambil atau menggunakan di bawah Akta Pendaftaran Ahli Farmasi 1951. (2) Walau apa pun Akta Pendaftaran Ahli Farmasi 1951, seseorang anggota boleh mengambil atau menggunakan nama atau gelaran “ahli kimia” atau apa-apa perkataan yang seumpamanya dalam apa-apa bahasa lain berkenaan dengan penjualan barang-barang secara runcit.
