s 10 Collective schedules to be filled in by persons in charge of institutions, etc.
(1) An Assistant Commissioner or District Superintendent may deliver or cause to be delivered to—
(a) the person in charge of any mental hospital, hospital, work-house, place of detention, prison, police station, reformatory or lock-up, or any Government, cooperative, collective or tribal farm, or any charitable, religious, educational or other public or private institution or organization; or to
(b) the keeper, secretary or manager or other person in charge of any hotel, boarding-house, lodging-house, club or other residential establishment, a schedule or schedules in the prescribed form to be filled in in respect of those premises.
(2) The person to whom any such schedule is so delivered shall fill in the same or cause the same to be filled in, to the best of his knowledge and belief, with the prescribed particulars in respect of the premises at the time aforesaid, and shall sign his name thereto and, when so required, shall deliver the schedule or schedules so filled in and signed to the enumerator or supervisor appointed for the area in which the premises are situate or to such other person as the Assistant Commissioner or District Superintendent may direct.

(1) Seseorang Penolong Pesuruhjaya atau Penguasa Daerah boleh menyerahkan atau menyebabkan supaya diserahkan kepada—
(a) orang yang menjaga mana-mana hospital mental, hospital, rumah kerja, tempat tahanan, penjara, balai polis, tempat pemulihan akhlak atau lokap, atau manamana ladang Kerajaan, ladang kerjasama, ladang kolektif atau ladang kabilah atau mana-mana institusi atau organisasi khairat, agama, pendidikan atau institusi atau organisasi lain sama ada awam atau persendirian; atau kepada
(b) penjaga, setiausaha atau pengurus atau orang lain yang menjaga mana-mana hotel, rumah tumpangan, rumah penginapan, kelab atau tempat kediaman lain,
suatu jadual dalam borang yang ditetapkan untuk diisi berkenaan dengan premis itu.
(2) Orang yang kepadanya mana-mana jadual itu diserahkan sedemikian hendaklah mengisinya atau menyebabkannya diisi sepanjang pengetahuan dan kepercayaannya, dengan butir-butir yang ditetapkan berkenaan dengan premis itu pada masa yang tersebut dahulu, dan hendaklah menandatangani jadual itu dan, apabila dikehendaki sedemikian, hendaklah menyerahkan jadual

yang diisi dan ditandatangani itu kepada pembanci atau penyelia yang dilantik bagi kawasan tempat terletaknya premis itu atau kepada mana-mana orang lain sebagaimana yang diarahkan oleh Penolong Pesuruhjaya atau Penguasa Daerah.
