s 3 National Advisory Council for Rubber Price Stabilization
(1) There is hereby established, for the purpose of this Act and to advice the Minister on matters pertaining to the stabilization of the price of rubber, the National Advisory Council for Rubber Price Stabilization.
(2) The Council shall consist ofβ
(a) the Secretary General of Ministry of Plantation Industries and Commodities as Chairman;
(b) a representative of the Treasury, Malaysia;
(c) a representative of the Economic Planning Unit, Prime Ministerβs Department;
(d) *a representative of the Ministry of General Planning and Socio Economic Research;
(e) a representative of the Bank Negara Malaysia; and
(f) a person knowledgeable in the rubber industry appointed by the Minister.
(3) The Minister may appoint not more than three additional members to the Council.
(4) The provisions of the Schedule shall apply to the Council and its members.

Majlis Penasihat Negara bagi Penstabilan Harga Getah
(1) Bagi maksud Akta ini dan untuk menasihatkan Menteri atas perkara berkenaan dengan penstabilan harga getah, dengan ini ditubuhkan Majlis Penasihat Negara bagi Penstabilan Harga Getah.
(2) Majlis hendaklah terdiri daripadaβ
(a) Ketua Setiausaha Kementerian Perusahaan Perladangan dan Komoditi, sebagai Pengerusi;
(b) seorang wakil dari Perbendaharaan, Malaysia;
(c) seorang wakil dari Unit Perancang Ekonomi, Jabatan Perdana Menteri;
(d) *seorang wakil dari Kementerian Perancang Am dan Penyelidikan Sosio Ekonomi;
(e) seorang wakil dari Bank Negara Malaysia; dan
(f) seorang yang mempunyai pengetahuan luas dalam perusahaan getah yang dilantik oleh Menteri.
(3) Menteri boleh melantik tidak lebih daripada tiga orang ahli tambahan untuk menjadi ahli Majlis.
(4) Peruntukan Jadual hendaklah terpakai bagi Majlis dan ahlinya.
