In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires— Inerpreta- "Corporation" means the Malaysian Red Cross Society formed as a body corporate by virtue of section 3 of the Incorporation Act; Groați Cresunt "Incorporation Act" means the Malaysian Red Cress 47/65. Society (Incorporation) Act, 1965.
Dalam Akta ini, melainkan jika kandungan ayatnya Tafsiran. menghendaki makna yang lain- "Akta Perbadanan" ertinya Akta Persatuan • Palang 47/65. Merah Malaysia (Perbadanan), 1965; "Perbadanan" ertinya Persatuan Palang Merah Malaysia yang ditubuhkan sebagai suatu pertubuhan perbadanan menurut seksyen 3 Akta Perbadanan.
