(1) Upon the commencement of this Act, the Corpora- Change of tion shall be known as the "Persatuan Bulan Sabit Merah name Malaysia" or, in English, "the Malaysian Red Crescent Society", and all references in any written law to the Corporation shall be construed accordingly.

(2) The change of name provided by subsection (1) shall not affect any rights or obligations of the Corporation or Prohibition of use of cmblem without authority.. Ai'.ifeir this Act may be continued or commenced under its new name.

(1) Apabila mula berkuatkuasanya Akta ini, Perbadanan hendaklah dikenali sebagai "Persatuan Bulan Sabit Merah Pertukaran Malaysia" atau, dalam bahasa Inggerisnya, "the Malaysian Red Crescent Society"; dan semua rujukan dalam manamana undang-undang bertulis mengenai Perbadanan hendaklah ditafsirkan dengan sewajarnya.
