s 5
(1) It shall not be lawful for any person, other than the Corporation and its staff, officials and members, to use for the purpose of his trade or business, or for any other purpose whatsoever, in, the Federation without the authority of the Minister, the emblem of a red crescent on a white background, as depicted in the Schedule, and the words "Bulan Sabit Merah" oi, in English, "Red Crescent".
(2) If any person contravenes subsection (1), he shall be guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding three hundred dollats; and any goods upon or in connection with which the emblem or words, as the case may be, was or were used mmay be torteited.
(3) Where an offence committed by a body corporate or society is proved to have been committed with the consent or connivance of any director, manager, secretary or other

(1) Adalah tidak sah di sisi undang-undang bagi seseorang, lain daripada Perbadanan dan staf, pegawai-pegawai dan ahli-ahlinya, menggunakan bagi maksud tred atau perniagaannya, atau bagi apa-apa jua maksud yang lain, dalam Persekutuan tanpa kuasa Menteri, lambang bulan sabit merah yang berlatar belakang warna putih, sebagaimana digambarkan dalam Jadual, dan perkataan-perkataan "Bulan Sabit Merah" atau, dalam bahasa Inggerisnya, "Red Crescent"
(2) Jika seseorang melanggar seksyen-kecil (1), ia adalah bersalah atas suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan, dikenakan denda tidak lebih daripada tiga ratus ringgit; dan

(3) Jika suatu kesalahan yang dilakukan oleh suatu pertubuhan perbadanan atau pertubuhan adalah dibuktikan sebagai telah dilakukan dengan persetujuan atau dibiarkan oleh seseorang pengarah, pengurus, setiausaha atau lain-lain denakgah hendaklah disifatkan sebagai bersalah atas kesalahan itu dan boleh kena didakwa dan dihukum dengan sewajarnya.
