III, S. 23-24] the other, contract anothermarriage, howsoever and wheresoever solemnised, while this marriage subsists a, will thereby be committing an offence against the or through an interpreter, whether they know of any lawful impediment why they should not be joined together in Solemnisation of a marriage through religious ceremony, custom or usage. in the affirmative, the Registrar, the parties and the witnesses shall comply with section 25.
