s 57

(1) Every petition for divorce shall contain— a) particulars of the marriage between the parties anc the mames, ages and sex of the children, if any, o (b) particulars of the facts giving the court jurisdiction; () paricena the partieprevious matrimonial proceedings vill be sought to prove as evidence of the break lown of the marriage agreement has proposals; and f) particulars of the relief sought.
