s 28 Power to make regulations
The Minister may make regulations providing for matters connected with the functions of the Advisory Committee and its sub-committees and for other matters related to this Act.

Menteri boleh membuat peraturan bagi mengadakan peruntukan mengenai perkara berkaitan dengan tugas Jawatankuasa Penasihat dan jawatankuasa kecilnya dan bagi perkara lain berhubungan dengan peruntukan Akta ini.
