Law Reform (Eradication of Illicit Samsu) Act 1976 s 30
(1) Nothing in this Act shall apply so as to deem anything done bona fide by a public officer in the course of his duties to be an offence under this Act. (2) The Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, exempt any person or class or group of persons from any of the provisions of this Act subject to any restrictions or qualifications he may impose in such exemption. Pengecualian
(1) Tiada apa-apa jua dalam Akta ini boleh dipakai hingga mensifatkan apa-apa jua yang dilakukan secara bona fide oleh seseorang pegawai awam pada menjalankan kewajipannya sebagai suatu kesalahan di bawah Akta ini. (2) Menteri boleh, melalui pemberitahuan dalam Warta, mengecualikan mana-mana orang atau golongan atau kumpulan orang daripada mana-mana peruntukan Akta ini tertakluk kepada apa-apa sekatan atau syarat yang boleh dikenakan olehnya dalam pengecualian itu.
