s 103G Saving and transitional provision

(1) The substitution of the provisions relating to disciplinary proceedings by *this Act shall not affect any pending application, complaint or disciplinary proceedings at the date of coming into force of this Act. (2) For the purpose of subsection (1) the principal Act relating to disciplinary proceedings shall continue to remain in force. *NOTE—The words “this Act” refer to Legal Profession (Amendment) Act 1992 [Act A812].
