(1) In this Part unless the context otherwise requires— “former roll” means the roll of advocates and solicitors kept under section 3 of the Ordinance. “Local Bar Committee” and “Bar Council” shall have the meanings assigned to these expression in the Ordinance. (2) This Part shall have effect notwithstanding anything to the contrary in any other provisions of this Act.
