s 58 Appointment of Committees

(1) The Bar Council may appoint one or more committees for any general or special purpose as in the opinion of the Bar Council may be better regulated or managed by means of a committee and the Bar Council may delegate to any committee so appointed, with or without restrictions or conditions, the exercise of any functions of the Bar Council. (2) The number and term of office of the members of a committee appointed under this section, and the number of these members necessary to form a quorum, shall be fixed by the Bar Council and unless so fixed shall not be less than three. (3) A committee appointed under this section may include persons who are not members of the Bar Council. (4) The Bar Council shall not delegate to a committee appointed under this section any of its functions unless at least two thirds of the members of the committee (including the Chairman thereof) are members of the Council.
