s 1 Short title and application
(1) This Act may be cited as the Plant Quarantine Act 1976. (2) This Act shall apply throughout Malaysia.

(1) Akta ini bolehlah ringkas dan F u m b u h - t u m b u h a n Berbahaya, 1976. pemakaian. Pertamiandan di seluruh Malaysia. (2) Akta ini hendaklah dipakai melainkan jika kandungan ayatnya Tafsiran.
