Plant Quarantine Act 1976 s 18
Any person who contravenes any of section 14 or 15 shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit, notwithstanding that an Inspecting Officer may take, or may have taken action under section 16 or 17.
