s 1 Short title, commencement and application

(1) This Act may be cited as the Martial Arts Societies Act 1976, and shall come into force on such date as the Minister may by notification in the Gazette appoint. (2) This Act shall apply throughout Malaysia.

Tajuk ringkas, permulaan kuat kuasa dan pemakaian

(1) Akta ini bolehlah dinamakan Akta Pertubuhan Seni Mempertahankan Diri 1976 dan hendaklah mula berkuat kuasa pada tarikh yang ditetapkan oleh Menteri melalui pemberitahuan dalam Warta. (2) Akta ini hendaklah dipakai di seluruh Malaysia.
