Martial Arts Societies Act 1976 s 20
(1) Notwithstanding anything in this Act, the Minister may by order published in the Gazette prohibit the practice or instruction of any form of physical training which falls within the definition of βmartial artsβ. (2) Any person who contravenes any order made under subsection (1) commits an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding two thousand ringgit or to imprisonment not exceeding one year or to both.
Larangan
(1) Walau apa pun apa-apa jua dalam Akta ini, Menteri boleh melalui perintah yang disiarkan dalam Warta melarang amalan atau pengajaran apa-apa gaya latihan jasmani yang termasuk dalam takrif βseni mempertahankan diriβ. (2) Mana-mana orang yang melanggar mana-mana perintah yang dibuat di bawah subseksyen (1) melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh apabila disabitkan didenda tidak melebihi dua ribu ringgit atau dipenjarakan tidak melebihi satu tahun atau kedua-duanya.
