s 15 Delegation of powers of the Board
The Board may, subject to such conditions, limitations or restrictions as it thinks fit, delegate to any member or any committee of its members the power and authority to carry out on its behalf such powers, duties or functions by this Act vested in the Board as the Board may determine; and any power, duty or function so delegated may be exercised, discharged or performed by such member or by such committee, as the case may be, in the name and on behalf of the Board, but subject to the direction and control of the Board.

Perwakilan kuasa Lembaga
Tertakluk pada apa-apa syarat, batasan atau sekatan sebagaimana yang difikirkannya patut, Lembaga boleh mewakilkan kepada mana-mana anggota atau mana-mana jawatankuasa anggotanya kuasa dan autoriti untuk menjalankan bagi pihaknya kuasa, kewajipan atau fungsi yang terletak hak oleh Akta ini pada Lembaga sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh Lembaga; dan mana-mana kuasa, kewajipan atau fungsi yang diwakilkan sedemikian boleh dijalankan, ditunaikan atau dilaksanakan oleh anggota itu atau oleh jawatankuasa itu, mengikut mana-mana yang berkenaan, atas nama dan bagi pihak Lembaga, tetapi tertakluk pada arahan dan kawalan Lembaga.
