(1) The Universiti shall have a Bursar who shall be appointed by the Board on such terms and conditions of service as may be approved by the Board. (2) The Bursar shall be the principal financial officer of the Universiti with such functions and duties as shall be assigned to him by the Board; he shall perform his functions and discharge his duties under the direction and control of the Vice-Chancellor.
Bendahari
(1) Universiti hendaklah mempunyai seorang Bendahari yang hendaklah dilantik oleh Lembaga atas apa-apa terma dan syarat perkhidmatan sebagaimana yang diluluskan oleh Lembaga. (2) Bendahari hendaklah menjadi pegawai utama kewangan Universiti dengan apa-apa fungsi dan kewajipan sebagaimana yang diberikan kepadanya oleh Lembaga; dia hendaklah melaksanakan fungsinya dan menunaikan kewajipannya di bawah arahan dan kawalan Naib Canselor.
