s 23 Appointment of other staff

(1) The Board may appoint, on such terms and conditions of service as may be approved by the Board, such other staff as may be necessary for carrying out the purposes of the Universiti. (2) A member of the staff appointed under subsection (1) shall be under the general direction and control of the Vice-Chancellor.

Pelantikan kakitangan lain

(1) Lembaga boleh melantik, atas apa-apa terma dan syarat perkhidmatan sebagaimana yang diluluskan oleh Lembaga, mana-mana kakitangan lain yang perlu bagi menjalankan maksud Universiti. (2) Seseorang anggota kakitangan yang dilantik di bawah subseksyen (1) hendaklah berada di bawah arahan dan kawalan am Naib Canselor.
