s 30 Returns, reports, accounts and information
(1) The Universiti shall furnish the Minister with all such returns, reports, accounts and information with respect to its property and activities as he may from time to time require.
(2) Without prejudice to the generality of the provisions of subsection (1), the Board shall, not later than the thirtieth day of April in each year, cause to be made and transmitted to the Minister a report dealing with the activities of the Universiti during the preceding financial year and in such form and containing such information relating to the proceedings and policy of the Universiti as the Minister may, from time to time, direct.
(3) The Minister shall cause a copy of every report of the Universiti to be laid on the table of each House of Parliament as its next meeting after the receipt of the report by the Minister.

Penyata, laporan, akaun dan maklumat
(1) Universiti hendaklah memberi Menteri semua penyata, laporan, akaun dan maklumat berkenaan dengan harta dan aktivitinya yang dikehendaki oleh Menteri dari semasa ke semasa.
(2) Tanpa menjejaskan keluasan peruntukan subseksyen (1), Lembaga hendaklah, tidak lewat daripada 30 April pada setiap tahun, menyebabkan supaya dibuat dan dihantar kepada Menteri suatu laporan mengenai aktiviti Universiti dalam tahun kewangan sebelumnya dan dalam apa-apa bentuk dan mengandungi apaapa maklumat yang berhubungan dengan perjalanan dan dasar Universiti sebagaimana yang diarahkan oleh Menteri dari semasa ke semasa.
(3) Menteri hendaklah menyebabkan suatu salinan tiap-tiap laporan mengenai Universiti dibentangkan di hadapan setiap Majlis Parlimen dalam mesyuaratnya yang berikut selepas laporan itu diterima oleh Menteri.
