s 32 Public servants

All members of the Board, the Vice-Chancellor, any member of the staff or agent of the Universiti, while discharging their duties or carrying out their functions or exercising their powers shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of the Penal Code [Act 574].

Pekhidmat awam

Semua anggota Lembaga, Naib Canselor, mana-mana anggota kakitangan atau ejen Universiti, semasa menunaikan kewajipan mereka atau menjalankan fungsi atau kuasa mereka hendaklah disifatkan sebagai pekhidmat awam dalam pengertian Kanun Keseksaan [Akta 574].
