Subject to the provisions of this Act, all powers, rights, privileges, duties, liabilities or obligations which immediately before the appointed date were those of MARA in respect of ITM, or those of ITM, shall, as from that date, devolve on the Universiti established by this Act.
Pemindahan kuasa, hak, kewajipan, dll.
Tertakluk pada peruntukan Akta ini, semua kuasa, hak, keistimewaan, kewajipan, liabiliti atau obligasi yang sebaik sebelum tarikh yang ditetapkan adalah bagi MARA berkenaan dengan ITM, atau adalah bagi ITM, hendaklah, mulai dari tarikh itu, diturunkan kepada Universiti yang ditubuhkan oleh Akta ini. CATATAN—Perenggan 35(2)(ea) yang telah dimasukkan melalui subperenggan 37(c)(v) Akta Institut Teknologi MARA (Pindaan) 1996 [Akta A964] masih belum berkuat kuasa—lihat P.U. (B) 461/1996.
