s 44 Pending disciplinary proceedings

All disciplinary proceedings which, immediately before the appointed date, were pending against any member of the staff or any student of ITM may, on or after that date, be continued against the member of the staff or the student by the appropriate authority of the Universiti established by this Act.

Prosiding tatatertib yang belum selesai

Semua prosiding tatatertib yang, sebaik sebelum tarikh yang ditetapkan, belum selesai terhadap mana-mana anggota kakitangan atau mana-mana pelajar ITM boleh, pada atau selepas tarikh itu, diteruskan terhadap anggota kakitangan atau pelajar oleh pihak berkuasa yang berkenaan bagi Universiti yang ditubuhkan oleh Akta ini.
