Educational Institutions (Discipline) Act 1976 s 25

s 25 Date of commencement of this Act in relation to an Institution subsequently included in the First Schedule

Any reference in this Act to the date of commencement of this Act shall, in its application to an Institution which is included in the First Schedule after the date of coming into force of this Act, be read as a reference to the date on which the inclusion of such Institution in the First Schedule takes effect.

Tarikh mula berkuat kuasanya Akta ini berhubung dengan sesuatu Institusi yang kemudiannya dimasukkan ke dalam Jadual Pertama

Sesuatu sebutan dalam Akta ini mengenai tarikh mula berkuat kuasanya Akta ini hendaklah, dalam pemakaiannya bagi sesuatu Institusi yang dimasukkan ke dalam Jadual Pertama selepas tarikh berkuat kuasanya Akta ini, dibaca sebagai suatu sebutan mengenai tarikh kemasukan Institusi itu ke dalam Jadual Pertama mula berkuat kuasa.
