Educational Institutions (Discipline) Act 1976 s 6
The Educational Institutions (Discipline of Students) Rules 1976 in the Second Schedule shall apply to an Institution, provided that the Minister may, in his absolute discretion, make, by order published in the Gazette, such modifications, adaptations, additions, deletions or amendments thereto in the application thereof to any particular Institution or class or description of Institutions as he may deem necessary or expedient.
Kaedah-Kaedah tatatertib pelajar
Kaedah-Kaedah Institusi Pelajaran (Tatatertib Pelajar-Pelajar) 1976 dalam Jadual Kedua hendaklah terpakai bagi sesuatu Institusi, dengan syarat bahawa Menteri, boleh, menurut budi bicara mutlaknya, membuat, dengan perintah yang disiarkan dalam Warta, apa-apa ubah suaian, penyesuaian, tambahan, potongan atau pindaan sebagaimana yang difikirkannya perlu atau suai manfaat kepada Kaedah-Kaedah itu dalam pemakaiannya bagi sesuatu Institusi atau kelas atau perihalan Institusi tertentu.
