s 67 Discretionary power
In any appeal from the decision of the Registrar under this Act the Court shall have and exercise the same discretionary powers as are conferred upon the Registrar under this Act.

Dalam sesuatu rayuan terhadap keputusan Pendaftar di bawah Akta ini Mahkamah adalah mempunyai dan hendaklah menjalankan kuasa-kuasa budi bicara yang sama seperti diberi kepada Pendaftar di bawah Akta ini.
