s 90 Goods manufactured in other territories of Malaysia shall be deemed to be export when moved into Labuan
Goods subject to excise duty, other than those referred to in section 88 manufactured in other territories of Malaysia when moved into Labuan shall be deemed to be export from such territories to a place outside Malaysia for the purpose of section 19 and paragraph 28(d).
