s 92 Repeal and saving

The written laws specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby repealed except in so far as they relate to toddy: Provided that any appointment made, duty imposed, licence issued, and rules or regulations made under any of the written laws hereby repealed shall, in so far as it is not inconsistent with this Act, remain in force until other provision is made therefor under this Act.
