Tun Razak Foundation Act 1976 s 12
(1) The accounts of the Foundation shall be audited by an approved firm of Certified Public Accountants appointed by the Board with the written approval of the Minister. (2) Not later than the 31st May of each year the Board shall submit to the Minister an audited account of the revenues and expenditure of the Foundation for the previous year together with a statement of assets and liabilities thereof.
Odit dan akaun
(1) Akaun-akaun Yayasan hendaklah diodit oleh suatu akaun. firma Akauntan Raya Bertauliah Lembaga dengan kelulusan diluluskan yang dilantik oleh yang bertulis Menteri. (2) Tidak lewat daripada 31 haribulan Mei Lembaga hendaklah menyampaikan kepada tiap-tiap Menteri tahun akaun hasil dan perbelanjaan suatu yang telah diodit Yayasan bagi tahun yang lalu bersama dengan suatu penyata aset-aset dan tanggungan-tanggungannya.
