Mahkamah yang di hadapannya diadakan pendakwaan Mahkamah berkenaan dengan mnyakkelapa sawit yang disita di bawah memerintah- Bahagian ini hendaklah membuat suatu perintah melucut- kan hak atau melepaskan minyak| kelapa sawit itu atau hasil epasan penjualannyatetapi hendakläh memerintahkan lucuthak lucuthak.
